A Business Change Executive is required to join our Business Change team in Bristol on a permanent basis.


You will play a vital role in helping Unite Students deliver business change and support broader business change projects.

Reporting to the Business Change Manager this role will see you:

-Planning and delivering activities against business change objectives

-Tracking and updating business change plans to monitor progress against deadlines

-Identifying risks and challenges and making recommendations

-Maintaining and supporting the development of the business change plan and operational calendar

-Ensuring processes and policies are in line with business needs

-Providing reports and requesting data extracts as needed by the business


A genuine passion for customer service is the most important quality for us. Although you may not have worked in the property sector before, what is really important to us is that you:

-Have experience of working in a project environment, coordinating teams and activities to meet deadlines

-Have experience of producing policy documentation

-Have excellent computer literacy including previous experience of Microsoft Office

-Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

-Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written

-Are willing to undertake challenging tasks and ad hoc project work
